COPACABANA - LAKE TITICACA EXCURSION BY CATAMARAN
FULL DAY
We depart at 6:00am and travel through the road that borders the Lake and the channel of the Real de los Andes to Huatajata aproximately 90km from La Paz.
At 8:30am we leave Huatajata by catamaran and visit the Isla del Sol. Afterwards we head to Copacabana where we have lunch, visit the village, the famous cathedral and the Morena Virgin.
Return to La Paz.

LA PAZ - COPACABANA - ISLA DEL SOL BY CATAMARAN (OVERNIGHT ON THE CATAMARAN)
2 DAYS - 1 NIGHT
Day 1
We depart from La Paz by bus and go to Chúa (1,5 hrs.), from here we travel by catamaran to the southern part of the Isla del Sol (2,5 hrs.), where we visit the Incan garden, the Incan Steps, Fuente Sagrada del Inca and the Inti Wata.
We also visit the RA replica (balsa de totoro).
We will see a demonstration of traditional navegation and go to the Inca de Pilkokaína Palace.
We continue our trip by catamaran from the soutern to the northern part of the Isla del Sol. Lunch is served on board of the catamaran.
We have a 2,5 hour tour and visit Challapampa and the museum of Challapampa, the temple of the Sagrada del Inca, the Chinkana and the Roca Sagrada del Inca on the northern part of the island.
The people of Challapampa perform a welcome dance for us upon arrival.
We sail on traditional small wooden boats and see a traditional Kallawaya ceremony.
We have a small trek through an Inca trail. We stay overnight on the catamaran, where we also have a dinner buffet and enjoy traditional Aymara music and dance.
Day 2
(breakfast buffet)
We have a 4 hour hike on the southern part of the island and then return to Chúa and La Paz.

COPACABANA (LAKE TITICACA) BY HYDROFOIL
FULL DAY
At 6:00am we travel to Huatajata, where we will go to the 5- star hotel Inca Utama and visit the Altiplano and Eco museums. We travel by hydrofoil to the Isla del Sol and later on we go to Copacabana and visit the Church and the streets. On our way back, we visit the Island of Suriki, the place where the balsas de Totora (wooden boats) are made.
Return to La Paz.
Includes: Transport, guide and lunch.

Day 1
Departure by bus to Huatajata. Upon arrival we check into the 5-star hotel Inca Utama.
We visit the mystic world of the Kallawaya (traditional medicine man) and see an audiovisual presentation of Lake Titicaca. We also visit the observatory "Alajpacha".
Later on we have a welcome drink and dinner in the hotel and see a folkloric show.
Day 2
After breakfast we go to the Isla del Sol and Copacabana and visit the Altiplano and Eco museums.
After lunch we return to La Paz.

ESCAPE TO THE ISLA DEL SOL
2 DAYS - 1 NIGHT
Day 1
06:00am Departure in our bus to the Crillon Tours office.
07:30am Arrival at the Inca Utama Hotel 5 stars
American breakfast and visit to the Altiplano museum.
08:30am Boat trip and visit to the Estrecho de Tiquina, Copacabana and head on to the Isla del Sol, where we take a short walk to the Posada del Inca. (Lunch)
Afternoon free.
We have dinner and stay for the night at the Posada del Inca.
Day 2
(Breakfast)
Morning free.
Optional program: Visiting la Fuente de la Eterna Juventud, Felicidad and the Inca Steps.
15:00pm We go by boat to the Isla de la Luna, where we visit the Andean Eco Village and the brothers Limachi who make the Balsas de Totoro (wooden boats) for the epic expeditions of Thor Heyderthal.
17:00pm Return to La Paz.

Day 1

We visit the "Andean Roots Eco Village", see and Audiovisial of Lake Titicaca and later on go to the Mystic World of the Kallawayas.
At night we have dinner and enjoy a traditional "peña folklorica". We stay for the night in the 5 star hotel Inca Utama.
Day 2
(American breakfast)
We make a trip by boat and visit the Estrecho de Tiquina, Copacabana and head on to the Isla del Sol, where we make a short walk to the Posada del Inca. (Lunch)
The afternoon is free to relax and explore by ourselves. We have dinner and stay for the night at the Posada del Inca.
Day 3
Breakfast and a free morning to relax and explore by ourselves.
(Optional programs)
We have lunch in the restaurant Uma Kollo.
After lunch we visit the Fuente de la Eterna Juventud, Felicidad and the Incan Steps.
At 15:00 we make a boat trip to the Isla de la Luna and visit the Iñak Uyu ruins. Afterwards we return to Huatajata and then to La Paz.
COPACABANA (REGULAR BUS)
2 DAYS - 1 NIGHT
Day 1
Departure at 07:00 in a tourist bus from La Paz to Copacabana.
At noon we arrive and check into Hotel Rosario del Lago.
Afterwards travel to the Isla del Sol by boat.
We explore this interesting Island before returning to our hotel in Copacabana.
Day 2
(Breakfast)
We visit the Horca del Inca, the Inca bathroom and the Virgin Museum. At about 14:00 we return to La Paz by bus.
Includes: Transport in a regular bus, guide, accomodation in Copacabana and excursions.
